Introduction

INTRODUCTION

This guide aims to provide "one-stop shopping" for trial lawyers and other litigators by bringing together the resources such attorneys most often consult in their practices before Florida administrative tribunals, Florida state courts, and the appropriate federal district and appellate courts.

Many of these materials -- sources of applicable law such as cases, statutes and codes, rules and regulations, and constitutions, as well as academic and practice journals -- are available through subscription databases like Westlaw, Lexis Advance, Fastcase, and Bloomberg BNA/Bloomberg Law.  Wherever possible, however, the links in this reference guide are to freely-available resources.
