Professional Responsibility: Rules

When doing any kind of research into the ethics rules applicable in Florida, it is important to review Chapter 4 of the Rules Regulating the Florida Bar, Rules of Professional Conduct, Code of Judicial Conduct, and the Rules of the Supreme Court Relating to Admissions to the Bar.  Also remember to look at the comments to the rules for additional explanation and helpful commentary. 

**If you see references to the Model Code of Professional Responsibility, this is the title of the model rules from 1969-1983, prior to the adoption of the current Model Rules of Professional Conduct.
