A great source of expert commentary on various aspects of Florida's APA is The Florida Bar publication, Florida Administrative Practice (Lexis).
It is available to law students on Lexis and in print (Law Research Center: KFF584.Z9 A385 2011). One copy is on Reserve.
If you plan to practice Florida administrative law, you should be a member of the Florida Bar's Administrative Law Section. The section provides CLE programs and a monthly newsletter.
