Methods for dealing with electronic discovery change rapidly. Blogs and current awareness newsletters can help you keep up-to-date with recent rulemaking, proposed and enacted legislation, and case law.
Guides, like this one, can lead you to resources that you would otherwise miss.
You have access to the Bloomberg BNA e-Discovery Resource Center. If you are off-campus, log on to the proxy server from the Research Center home page. Use the list of law and law-related databases. Click on Bloomberg BNA, scroll down to Litigation, and choose the e-Discovery Resource Center.
The Privacy and Data Security Law Report also frequently reports on e-discovery issues.
