UBorrow allows you to request materials directly from participating libraries within Florida's state university system. This borrowing service is unmediated, which means it increases your access to the collections of other universities in Florida. Current FSU students, faculty, and staff who are in good standing with FSU Libraries are eligible to place requests through UBorrow. When searching the FSU catalog, click on the blue UBorrow link (as indicated in the example below). This will take you to the State University Libraries' catalog, which shows all available items within the university system. If you would like to borrow an item, click on the UBorrow link again, provide your FSU library number (the number beginning with 206 located on your FSUID card), and select where you want to retrieve your materials. You will receive an email a few days after your request letting you know that your item is ready for pickup. From the time your item arrives, you have a sixty day loan period.

Online Research

A great deal of research can be done online. As FSU Law students you will have access to all online law databases as well as all other online university databases.

What is OneSearch?
OneSearch is a discovery tool that searches across the majority of our books, journals, articles, and more. It can also be used to search for material outside of our collections! It’s a great starting point for your research, and can be used to drill down to very specific resources.
