Florida Statutes-Online Sunshine
Searchable database with Florida's online statutes and constitution. Title 36 is Business Organizations.
Florida Administrative Code
The Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.) and the Florida Administrative Register (F.A.R.). The online F.A.C. is the official version of Florida Code.
Florida Supreme Court
Searchable database with information on Florida Supreme Court Opinion, Oral Arguments, and Case Information
Muncipal codes and local ordinances govern county and city regulations. Check county and city websites for additional ordinances. Some places, like Tallahassee, will link directly to municode.
Municode is a free internet database that allows you to search for local ordinances by location.
