Electronic access to any case document, docket sheet, or casespecific report via PACER is $0.10 per page, not to exceed the fee for thirty pages. No fee is owed until an account holder accrues charges of more than $15.00 in a quarterly billing cycle. You will have to create a username and provide a credit card. To minimize search costs in PACER use Bloomberg, Westlaw, Justia or a general internet search to try and find court documents before using PACER.
