Introduction to Florida Administrative Law

Florida administrative law may be divided into two components:

  • rule making and
  • rule interpretation/enforcement.  

Both components are governed by Florida's Administrative Procedure Act.

Understanding Florida Administrative Law

A great source of expert commentary on various aspects of Florida's APA is The Florida Bar publication, Florida Administrative Practice (Lexis).  

It is available to law students on Lexis and in print (Law Research Center: KFF584.Z9 A385 2011). One copy is on Reserve.
