Audio lectures are great for auditory learners. Depending on the lecture, the lecture can provide an additional explanation of the topic or be a review of a topic. CALI, West Academic, Westlaw, and Aspen all have audio lectures.

Case briefs outline the cases included in major casebooks and are put together by attorneys. Be careful of using these in place of assigned reading for class because sometimes the point of law the attorney focuses on differs from the one your professor will. It is better to do your assigned reading and then use a commercial case brief to supplement your analysis. Lexis and Westlaw provide case briefs for major cases, and West Academic and Aspen both have study series with case briefs.

Exam reviews consist of multiple choice questions, short answer questions, essay questions, and flashcards. Your professor's past exams (if available) are the most helpful form of exam review as it gives a sense of their exam style. West Academic and Aspen have commercial exam review materials, but the Research Center Canvas page is where you can find your professor's past exams.
