The Standard Jury instructions are promulgated by Florida Supreme Court Committees and approved by the Court. The Florida Bar publishes the civil and criminal jury instructions and the Florida Supreme Court includes the instructions and updates on its website. Jury instructions can also be helpful in determining the elements of a crime or action and also contains charts which show the lesser included offenses of crimes.
