Begin your research with secondary sources. Secondary sources will provide you with useful background information and guide you to primary energy law sources.
Welcome to the Energy Law Research Guide!
Energy law is a diverse field, encompassing the law of natural resources and fossil fuels, nuclear energy, and utilities. Energy law also overlaps with environmental law, water law, natural resource law, climate change law, and tax law, among others.
This research guide will help you find primary and secondary energy law sources, energy law databases, as well as current event websites and government resources pertaining to energy law.
Some of the resources will require an FSU I.D. and password, or Westlaw or Lexis access.
FSU offers a slew of classes on energy and the environment.
