ELR provides primary and secondary resources concerning environmental law, sustainability, natural resources, energy, toxic tort, and land use law and policy. ELR has three components: News & Analysis, a monthly journal that provides insightful articles relevant to both legal practice and policy on today’s most pressing environmental topics; ELR UPDATE, which provides expert summaries three times a month of the most important federal and state judicial and administrative developments as well as federal legislative and international news. ELR Online provides retrospective coverage of ELR analysis links to statutes, regulations and policies, a comprehensive subject matter index, and other tools.
Students may sign up to receive ELR Daily Update, a daily summary of federal administrative news.

The Florida Bar Section on Environmental and Land Use Law writes and publishes the ELULs treatise. Please contact any of the research librarians for an ID and password.
The Treatise is an essential source of authoritative information concerning Florida environmental law and federal law that affects Florida environmental law.
