The Court of Justice of the European Communities (ECJ) is the highest court of the European Union. Its role is to apply and interpret EU treaties.
European Court of Human Rights (ECHR)  is the judicial organ of the Council of Europe and enforces the European Convention of Human Rights. 
Court Of Justice Of The European Free Trade Agreement (EFTA) hears disputes among the four members of the European Free Trade Agreement.
