Florida Entertainment, Arts, Sports, and Music Law: Home

introduction

INTRODUCTION

This guide aims to provide "one-stop shopping" for the resources and materials most often consulted and used by Florida attorneys practicing in the arts, entertainment, music, and/or sports areas (EASL).

Many of these materials -- sources of applicable law such as cases, statutes and codes, rules and regulations, and constitutions, as well as academic and practice journals -- are available through subscription databases like Westlaw, Lexis Advance, Fastcase, and Bloomberg BNA/Bloomberg Law.  Wherever possible, however, the links in this reference guide are to freely-available resources.
